A busy professional family in Ravenscourt Park are looking for an experienced, full time (60 hours per week) nanny on a permanent basis. The role can be either live in (double room with ensuite on own floor) or live out if the nanny lives locally. The hours will be 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday with a few evenings babysitting and the nanny must have flexibility within this. The family do not require weekend work.
The family have two daughters- aged 1 year old and 3 years old. Their older daughter attends nursery during the mornings so the nanny would be focussed on the little one during this time.
The ideal nanny will be energetic but have a mature approach and have experience with nannying for multiple children at once. They will be reliable, organised and hard working and able to get stuck in straight away and take everything in their stride. The parents would like someone with a firm but fair approach who is caring, affectionate and kind and who is able to communicate effectively with both the children and the parents. You will need a fluent level of English for the role.
Your usual day will involve preparing meals for the children, getting them ready for the day, nursery drop off, maintaining a schedule, activities and trips and the ideal nanny will be fun loving and have lots of activity ideas. Both parents will be currently working from home but during work hours the role is sole charge. The family has a housekeeper so most housekeeping is taken care of but they would like a proactive nanny who can tidy up after herself and do the children's laundry whilst the little one naps.
Someone who can drive would be a bonus but not necessary for the role.
They would love someone who can become part of the family and stay with them longterm to be involved with the children's development as they grow.
If the role is live out they can offer £12-£13 net an hour.
